This policy covers data processed through our website, contact forms, applications, and system integrations delivered by mdab.it.

Google API Data

If the app uses Google APIs, data obtained from Google APIs is used only for user-facing functionality explicitly requested by the user. We do not sell user data.

The app's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing of Data

We may share data with service providers that support service delivery (for example, hosting, infrastructure, and communications tools), under appropriate contracts and only as needed.

We do not sell personal data.

Cookies and Analytics

We count visits with Umami, which runs on our own server, sets no cookies, and does not build visitor profiles.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to see how the website is used and how many visits from Google Ads campaigns end in an enquiry. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga), and data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We do not use this data for remarketing or ad personalization.

The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google Analytics does not load until you accept. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Your choice is stored in your browser (localStorage) so you are not asked on every visit.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the processing purpose and as required by applicable law or legitimate interest (for example, legal defense).

Security

We apply technical and organizational safeguards proportional to risk, including access control, encrypted transport, and incident monitoring.

Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing, and receive data portability.

Children's Data

Our services are not directed to children under 13. If we learn that child data was processed inappropriately, we will remove it without undue delay.
